Beta Terms

Commercial beta · Updated September 15, 2026

OfficialOS is a workflow and recordkeeping tool for sports officials. By using the commercial beta, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide information you are authorized to store and process.

Your decisions remain yours

GAMER AI may extract, organize, compare, or recommend information. It does not accept assignments, communicate with assignors, make officiating decisions, or alter your schedule without the user action required by the product workflow. You are responsible for verifying assignment details before relying on them.

Starter and Pro

Starter is the free manual-organization tier. Pro is the paid automation and intelligence tier. During the commercial beta, Pro access may be provisioned by invitation or manual approval while automated billing is finalized. Features and beta pricing may change before general availability.

Records and taxes

OfficialOS helps organize earnings, mileage, expenses, receipts, and payments. It is not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of records and for determining applicable tax treatment.

Availability

This is beta software. Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur. OfficialOS is not responsible for missed assignments, penalties, lost income, or other consequential losses caused by inaccurate source information, third-party services, connectivity failures, or user error.

Accounts

Keep account credentials private. Workspace owners are responsible for access they grant to family members or other users. Accounts for minors should be managed or approved by a parent or guardian where required.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass plan restrictions, access another workspace, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use OfficialOS for unlawful activity.

These beta terms are intended for the initial OfficialOS commercial beta and will be replaced or expanded before general availability.
