Commercial beta · Updated September 15, 2026

OfficialOS stores the information you enter so it can run your officiating workflow. This can include account details, assignments, venues, fees, mileage, expenses, receipts, payment status, calendar references, family/member access settings, and source information you choose to process.

How information is used

Information is used to provide OfficialOS features, keep your workspace synchronized, calculate work records, support GAMER AI features you choose to use, and diagnose product failures. OfficialOS does not sell user data to advertisers.

Connected services

Features may connect to services such as Google Calendar, mapping/routing services, push-notification services, Vercel infrastructure, and the application database. Those services process only the information needed for the feature you activate and are subject to their own terms.

Receipts and uploaded content

Uploaded receipts and other workspace content are private workspace data. Do not upload information unrelated to officiating administration or information you do not have the right to store.

Accounts for minors

A parent or guardian should manage or approve use by a minor where required. Family access is designed so records can remain separated by official while an authorized owner can oversee the workspace.

Retention and deletion

Workspace information is retained while the account is active and as needed for backup, security, and legal obligations. During the commercial beta, account or workspace deletion requests are handled through the beta support channel provided with access.

Security

OfficialOS uses authenticated sessions, server-side workspace authorization, plan enforcement, and encrypted HTTPS transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security; users should use a unique password and protect access to their devices.

This beta privacy notice will be updated as billing, support, and additional integrations are introduced.
