Used only to apply guardian rules when the official is under 18.
Add an account record
Roles can overlap. A working official can also be a parent/guardian by linking that account to a minor below.
Oversight / access relationships
Grant an account access to a specific official profile. Edit always includes view. Owners have full access regardless of relationships.

Organization directory

Organization controls pay/rules, not travel. Add a canonical organization here anytime. Intake also stops once per new organization and lets you add it or alias it to an existing one instead of silently creating master data.

Bulk edit organization directory

One active canonical organization per line: Name | aliases separated by commas | typical payment terms in days. Remove a line to hide it from normal lists without deleting historical assignments.

Venue directory

Venue affects travel only. Routing now requires a verified venue address. OfficialOS will not send a nickname such as “Rush” to Google and accept a thousand-mile guess.

One active canonical venue per line: Name | Address | aliases separated by commas. Remove a line to hide it from normal lists without deleting historical assignments.

Privacy & data

OfficialOS stores the operational records needed to run the workspace: assignments, Calendar links, venues, closeouts, mileage, expenses/receipts, payments, access settings and approved GAMER AI intake history.

• GAMER AI is approval-first. Extracted assignment changes stay in review until you choose Add, Update, Remove or Skip.
• Raw intake sources are restricted. Scoped member accounts do not receive the workspace's full raw communication/source corpus or saved distribution-list contacts.
• Google Calendar access is schedule-specific. OfficialOS reads/writes the configured referee Calendar and keeps app metadata private where possible.
• Receipts follow official access. Non-owner accounts can only retrieve receipts tied to officials they are permitted to view.
Beta note: this describes the current product behavior. A customer-facing privacy policy and terms must be finalized before public launch.

My Google Calendar

Connect your Google account once, then OfficialOS keeps one work calendar tied to your signed-in account. No OAuth IDs or calendar IDs to copy and paste.

Legacy Google Drive backup

Optional legacy backup path retained for migration/recovery. The PostgreSQL shared workspace is now the authoritative cross-device state.

A safety snapshot is created before OfficialOS replaces local state with a cloud copy. A stale device is blocked from silently overwriting newer cloud data.

Advanced tenant profile

Rule: venue is used only for routing/travel. Organization/competition is used only for pay. The optimizer never derives pay from venue.

Fee catalog

The optimizer uses the selected tenant catalog. If a vacancy names a competition, that competition's rate is used. If none is named, this tenant can define a fallback organization.

CSV-style rows. Age Min/Max may be blank for format-only or adult/pro rates. Aliases use | between names.

Trip economics

OfficialOS calculates incremental travel, not a fixed venue rule. Vehicle cost is editable; 0.76/mi is seeded as the vehicle-cost proxy.

Routing is checked when vacancies are analyzed.

System health

Release checks for calendar sync, duplicate records, closeouts, payments, persistence and backups.

Data safety

No manual backup recorded yet.
OfficialOS creates a local safety snapshot before a restore or reset. Calendar can rebuild schedule data, but Close Assignments, Money and receipt records need backups.
